Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the part-time Contract Recruiter will source and engage qualified candidates for project-based positions while maintaining accurate recruiting data in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify candidates using job boards, professional networks, and internal databases
• Conduct initial candidate outreach to confirm interest and availability
• Maintain organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related administrative or HR function
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, or applicant tracking systems preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Interest in global hiring, languages, or international projects is a plus
