Contract Reimbursement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Reimbursement Analyst responsible for reviewing patient accounts for accurate contractual reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review individual patient accounts for accurate contractual reimbursement and report improper payments
• Generate and monitor system reports to ensure reimbursement aligns with contracts
• Maintain expertise on hospital contracts and identify operational issues related to the revenue cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience in healthcare
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in hospital billing or third-party claims processing
• Experience with third-party payor contract language and payment methodologies
• Epic experience preferred
