Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Support Specialist to provide front-line support for Provider Network Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal and confidential documents while addressing provider requests via various communication channels
- Convert provider inquiries into contracting requests and assign them to appropriate contract negotiators
- Complete post-implementation processes and maintain quality standards for contracting activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associates degree (A.S. or A.A.) or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- General knowledge of the workers' compensation industry
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Experience in handling high work volume and multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of contracting principles and healthcare industry
