Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Write and update technical documentation, product documentation, and release notes for online and mobile banking platforms
- Improve documentation based on prioritized solution needs
- Recommend and implement processes for documentation management and related systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical writing experience focusing on software product documentation or implementation guides
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in technology and software
- Proven technical writing/editing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts concisely and accurately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
