Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst - Federal Contractor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations and manage contract documents
- Analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities
- Support contract negotiation and administration throughout the contract lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of recent contract administration experience supporting a federal government contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- National Contract Management Association certification preferred (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or CCMA)
- Above average knowledge of federal government procurement processes and regulations (FAR, DFAR)
- Experience with various federal government contract types (e.g., IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPFF)
