Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnership and Sales Contract Manager to support their Partnership and Sales Commercial Counsel team on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements, including intake, redlining, approvals, and execution
- Draft and revise commercial terms using templates, in coordination with legal counsel
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and approvals, while identifying and escalating legal and commercial risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of contracts management experience, ideally in a tech or fintech environment
- Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements, including technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
- Bachelor's degree required; legal training (e.g. JD, LLB, paralegal certificate) is a plus
- Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
- Exposure to data privacy, IP licensing, or regulatory issues in contracts
