Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate various contracts, including master agreements and consulting services arrangements
- Coordinate with internal and external experts and drive the contracting process
- Respond to inquiries regarding contract interpretation and maintain contractual records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Paralegal Studies, Communications, or related field
- 7-10 years' experience working with contracts, particularly in negotiating SaaS agreements
- Experience with various commercial transactions, including SaaS and IP licensing
- Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, and FDA regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation skills
