Contracts Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its legal team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various complex agreements including SaaS subscription agreements and NDAs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and recommend modifications to contractual terms
- Manage the internal document review process and improve contract templates and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience with complex privacy and data security provisions
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
- Experience with contract management systems like Ironclad or Linksquares is a plus
