Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager - Clinical Trial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements
Ensure contract adherence and track contract metrics
Support the implementation of policies for timely contract execution

Required Qualifications:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements
Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, or business administration preferred
Knowledge of setting up Contracting Plans for CTA & Budget negotiations
