Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial management and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general accounting functions, including AR/AP and payroll
- Lead the monthly financial close process and prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Build and lead the accounting team while providing financial insights for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar high-growth industry
- Proficiency with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
