Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks
• Manage the financial close process and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present financial statements and analyses to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's degree and/or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience with SOX compliance and ICFR audits
• Public accounting foundation and corporate accounting experience at a public company preferred
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite and Wdesk is a plus
