Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial statement audit preparation and facilitate smooth audit processes for clients
• Provide strategic insights that align with client objectives and long-term goals
• Lead and mentor team members while managing client relationships and expectations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• 3-5 years of nonprofit accounting experience preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• CPA, CMA, or MBA designation preferred
