Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Lead client compliance efforts, collaborating with external experts to fulfill accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
• Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and overseeing client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing a team effectively
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
