Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor accounting teams while overseeing client engagements and compliance requirements
• Enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes through best practices and technology improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as a Controller in a multi-client environment
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
