Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversation Designer Senior Consultant II.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with development teams to implement voice and chat experiences
- Conduct and facilitate iterative evaluations of conversational AI designs
- Educate project teams on voice and chat design and technical feasibility
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
