Conversational AI Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer to develop digital text and voice-based applications for clients across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create consumer-facing Intelligent Virtual Agents using a no-code Studio
- Develop conversation scripts that reflect the customer's brand identity
- Collaborate with engineering and technology partners to assess use cases and ensure intuitive conversations
Required Qualifications:
