Conversational Designer

Job Summary

To enhance their Prompt Engineering team, a full-time Conversational Designer will analyze business processes and design conversational content in Spanish for AI agents, focusing on automating workflows and improving performance, all while working remotely from Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client-side business processes and internal instructions to inform design
• Create scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes
• Develop methodologies to assess and refine the performance of AI agents

Required qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with mandatory native-level fluency
• 2-3+ years of experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably in fintech, telecom, or retail
• Proven experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs for real business use cases
• Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows and intent mapping, with RASA knowledge as a plus
• Background in business process analysis for translating workflows into dialogue scenarios
