Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead client interactions and manage optimization projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for CRO customers, maintaining strong client relationships and providing updates on project progress
- Provide ad-hoc updates to clients to keep them informed on project timelines and progress
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on projects
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Conversion Optimization and web analytics methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing platforms
- Experience with the B2B Demand Gen Funnel
- Proven experience coordinating projects with enterprise clients
- Genuine interest in SaaS, B2B, and technology
