Job Summary
A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of web analytics implementations and provide recommendations for accurate tracking
- Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans using data analysis
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes based on test results
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
- Familiarity with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
- Experience with cloud-based CRM solutions such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
