Job Summary

A company is looking for a Copier Data Collection Administrator.

  • Provide phone support and remote troubleshooting for clients
  • Assign service requests, maintain client documentation, and develop operational procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination
  • No specific licenses or certifications required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and company-specific programs
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and operate with changing priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
