Key Responsibilities:

Implement the HR Technology strategy and enhance systems for Core HR/Security and Total Rewards
Build collaborative partnerships across HR and the organization, providing deep perspective on Workday functionality
Oversee Workday configuration and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and optimizing processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
5+ years of Workday experience in Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Absence
2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals
