Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate and Securities Counsel to provide legal guidance on corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, equity, and securities matters
- Draft and manage legal documentation such as resolutions and stock transfer agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on corporate projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Delaware General Corporation Law and U.S. corporate law
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Experience in venture capital financings and private secondary market transactions
- Hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Comfort with technology and non-traditional legal workflows
