Corporate Attorney
Job Summary
A company is looking for a contract corporate attorney for remote engagement to provide Corporate Transparency Act analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Corporate Transparency Act applicability and beneficial ownership analyses
- Manage correspondence and respond to internal and client queries regarding the Corporate Transparency Act
- Track the status of Corporate Transparency Act requests and manage a high volume of related tasks
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of corporate legal experience focused on entity formation and transactions
- Active bar admission in specified states, with strong preference for certain states
- Experience with Corporate Transparency Act and beneficial ownership analyses
- Familiarity with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's filing protocols
- Availability to work 10 hours per week initially, ramping up to full-time by Q4
