Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Communications Principal, Speechwriter to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences, primarily supporting the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead writer for the CEO, creating speeches, remarks, op-eds, social media content, and video scripts
- Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance speech content
- Provide coaching to executives on speech delivery and manage content development timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
- 8+ years of significant writing experience, including speechwriting
- Experience capturing an executive's voice effectively for targeted audiences
- Ability to perform independent research and produce communications on tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio of writing samples
