Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition
- Manage the month-end close process and deliver comprehensive financial reporting packages
- Coordinate annual audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a private equity-backed growth company
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as ASC 606 and ASC 842
