Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Remote) in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to healthcare technology
Ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations
Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with healthcare technology operations

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a corporate or transactional attorney
Healthcare and/or information technology industry experience preferred
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
Demonstrated knowledge or experience in healthcare law, technology law, and relevant regulations
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to healthcare technology
