Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their team as the first legal hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and support international expansion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience post-law school
- 2+ years of in-house counsel experience in a consumer-facing technology company
- In-depth experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
- Expertise in data privacy regulations and cybersecurity laws
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
