Job Summary

- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and vendor agreements
- Support major business operations within the company
- Collaborate with a collegial legal department and report directly to the General Counsel
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of legal experience in technology and commercial agreements
- Experience with SaaS and vendor agreements is required
- Biglaw training or similar experience in a top corporate legal department
- Excellent academic credentials from a US law school
- Outstanding references
