Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide legal insights and support aligned with strategic goals
• Advise on, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements
• Optimize legal operations by developing streamlined processes and frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of legal experience in law firm or in-house, preferably in SaaS environments
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation
• Background in corporate law, data privacy, employment law, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Experience with legal operations or project management
