Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate various agreements with clients, brokers, and vendors
Collaborate with business teams on contract templates and legal issues
Participate in cross-functional projects to support sales strategies and product launches

Required Qualifications:

JD or LLM from a recognized U.S. law school
Current license to practice law in the United States
4+ years of law firm and/or in-house legal work experience
Experience in negotiating a wide variety of contracts
Interest in healthcare law and commitment to the company's mission
