Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, negotiate, and review commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements
Provide counsel on contract interpretation and handle contractual dispute resolution
Assist/lead on projects related to process improvements, risk mitigation, and legal policy development

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
2 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney
Experience with SaaS agreements is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
Project Management experience preferred
