Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel responsible for providing legal counsel regarding employment and labor law.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage responses to employment-related claims and oversee litigation
- Collaborate with HR and business units on risk management strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 years of relevant legal experience in labor and employment law
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Current license to practice law and active membership with a state bar
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience managing outside counsel and developing case strategies
