Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time salaried Corporate Development Associate (M&A) opportunity responsible for managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, with a work arrangement that allows for both remote and in-person collaboration in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively
