Job Summary
Driving M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks early
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, including developing deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
