Job Summary

To support a growing corporate team, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning, while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and self-directed approach
  • Analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and due diligence synthesis
