Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and diligence synthesis, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives and external advisors
