Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end management of operating expense forecasting, the full-time remote Corporate/Opex Finance Manager will serve as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders, build reporting systems, and contribute to senior leadership materials while ensuring automation in workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opex forecasting and reporting for assigned functions, understanding drivers of spend and variances
• Act as a trusted finance partner, assisting functional leaders in decision-making around headcount and vendor contracts
• Contribute to the annual operating plan and long-range planning cycles, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of 8 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong individual contributor with experience managing forecasts and processes independently
• Solid understanding of GAAP, particularly in capitalized expenses and financial modeling
• Experience building dashboards and automating financial processes
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
