Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate FP&A Analyst/Sr. Analyst who will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of financial systems, models, and processes; perform quantitative analysis and backtesting of forecasts
  • Partner with stakeholders for annual business planning and quarterly forecasting, providing insights and financial modeling support
  • Deliver comprehensive P&L reporting and perform variance and trend analysis for core KPIs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related fields; insurance industry experience preferred
  • Extensive experience with financial models in Excel or planning applications (e.g., Anaplan, WorkDay, Oracle)
  • Experience writing SQL queries and understanding data warehouse structures preferred
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
