Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Transaction Center of Excellence (TCoE) / Corporate Procurement - Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and expertise to corporate procurement, focusing on value creation and risk mitigation
- Draft and negotiate various agreements while driving successful business outcomes
- Identify and resolve complex legal issues related to procurement and professional services
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in at least one of the fifty states
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in sophisticated transactions, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
- Ability to find creative solutions to transactional issues and process improvements
- Demonstrated business insight and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
