  • Working on securities law and SEC reporting and compliance matters
  • Working on corporate governance matters

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ YOE
  • J.D. degree
  • Membership in at least one state bar
  • Expertise in a highly regulated environment
  • Relevant professional experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting
