Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Underwriter-Quality Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop underwriting approaches and guidelines for the assigned line of business
- Implement underwriting standards, best practices, and quality control processes
- Act as a subject matter expert and support staff skill development
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent experience (6-10 years)
- Relevant certifications such as AINS, AU, CPCU, or ARM preferred
- Significant independent judgment and technical underwriting expertise
- Experience in developing and implementing underwriting policies and tools
- Ability to monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements
