Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance, accounting operations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and manage the annual audit process
- Direct month-end and year-end close processes while leading automation initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team and support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree and CPA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in controllership
- Experience leading and closing at least 2 financial audits
- Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and month-end close processes
- Proven track record in process improvement and project management
