Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounting & Tax Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of tax & accounting specialists, providing world-class support experience
- Provide comprehensive quality assurance for team's customer interactions
- Assist customers with accounting practices, tax forms, and navigation of bookkeeping platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership experience (2 years)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a tax or accounting role, preferably with SMB sole proprietors and S Corps
- CPA required
- Familiarity with modern ticketing and customer engagement solutions
