Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRE Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing commercial real estate banking customer relationships
Underwrite new commercial real estate loan requests
Ensure overall portfolio performance and asset quality remains strong

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of CRE/C&I underwriting experience with a minimum of 4 years in commercial real estate/C&I portfolio management
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and industry dynamics
Knowledge of portfolio management in a banking environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or Mathematics
