Job Summary
Owning the creative vision for a nationally recognized brand, the full-time remote Director, Creative will manage the development of high-impact marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategy while leading a high-performing internal creative team.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand's creative expression across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints
- Lead the development of breakthrough campaign concepts and provide final approval on major creative work
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand and business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, advertising, or brand marketing
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience managing and inspiring creative teams across design, copy, and production
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
