Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credentialing Business Analyst to analyze and improve business processes related to credentialing in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and evaluate information system solutions related to provider management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the provider management platform and develop credentialing policies and procedures
- Monitor production and test environments, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis within healthcare
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
- Experience with industry regulatory bodies such as CMS and NCQA
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
