Credentialing Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Credentialing Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process provider applications and maintain database tracking systems
- Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve processes and performance
- Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health provider payer enrollment
- 5+ years of experience with commercial/government payer enrollment
- 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
