Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Credit Cards to provide customer service and support in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 75-100 inbound calls daily, providing exceptional customer service
  • Advise customers on credit and lending-related products and strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure accurate processing of customer requests

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a financial institution
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable
  • Knowledge of personal banking products and competitive marketplace trends
  • Experience with call center technology and operational processes
  • Strong computer skills and tech-savvy abilities
