Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Credit Cards to provide customer service and support in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 75-100 inbound calls daily, providing exceptional customer service
- Advise customers on credit and lending-related products and strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure accurate processing of customer requests
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a financial institution
- Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable
- Knowledge of personal banking products and competitive marketplace trends
- Experience with call center technology and operational processes
- Strong computer skills and tech-savvy abilities
