Job Summary
A company is looking for a Short-term Consultancy: Criminal Investigations and Disciplinary Processes Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the project framework to propose a study tour to Harris County, Texas
- Plan and design an agenda for the study tour, including meetings with law enforcement agencies
- Create a follow-up plan for Guatemalan officials on applying observed best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public safety, law enforcement, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in related fields
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience with USAID projects preferred
- Familiarity with the Guatemalan context is a plus
