Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a crisis care, contact center, or customer care setting
- Supervisory experience in a crisis care/contact center setting
- Demonstrated commitment to staff wellness with a trauma-informed approach
- Strong resilience and adaptability in handling crisis situations
